Each stage of the treatment process affects all the others, so why struggle with coordinating specifications between half a dozen different vendors when you can get everything you need in one integrated package? We offer complete and customized biogas treatment solutions including H2S reduction, compression, chilling, dehydration, siloxane and VOC reduction, and thermal oxidation.

Biogas Filtration
Every Willexa Energy Siloxane Removal system includes our high performance coalescing pre filters and particulate after filters as standard. These high efficiency, low pressure drop filters offer the highest level of downstream protection from liquids and particles. Upgrades such as dual filters with isolation and bypass valves offer operational redundancy & simplified maintenance.
Carbon Polishing
For critical applications such as biogas upgrading, or engines or turbines with post combustion exhaust catalysts, a regenerative system followed by a carbon polisher offers two layers of protection. This arrangement is especially effective when coupled with a continuous siloxane monitor. Add a lead lag piping system (as shown) for maximum operational flexibility and media life.
Biogas Chilling & Dehydration
Biogas contains many contaminants that can be damaging to your process, especially when combined with heat and moisture. Our chilling and dehydration systems combine the latest technology in heat exchangers, chillers, separators, drains, and instruments into a low pressure drop, low power consumption, corrosion resistant, and fully integrated skid mounted package.
H2S Reduction
Hydrogen sulfide can be extremely damaging to your process, especially when combined with moisture. In adition it presents a significant health and safety hazard. Working with industry leading suppliers, we can offer biogas treatment solutions to solve both your siloxane and hydrogen sulfide reduction needs. Consider us your one-stop-shop for biogas treatment.
Thermal Oxidizers
The regeneration process presents a unique mix of off gases that typical flares are not designed to handle. In addition, seamless integration between the siloxane reduction system and the flare is a critical step to ensure smooth start up and worry free operation. Let us handle it for you.
